Salesforce Architect - Key Requirements



10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise.



Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, CRM, and Order Management solutions.



Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce customizations.



Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Boomi, APIGEE, Kafka, SSO, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations.



Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, best practices, code governance, and scalable solution design.



Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, managing releases, and resolving complex production and integration issues.



Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
