Corporate Real Estate Senior Programme Manager - Consultancy

We are delighted to be supporting one our repeat client's in London who are leading project and programme management consultancy renowned for its excellence in the commercial real estate sector. This consultancy is expanding its team, and there is a unique chance to work alongside a lead Director, a distinguished leader in the Programme Management Office (PMO) for international commercial real estate clients.

This specific opportunity is working with a blend of blue chip clients on their corporate real estate portfolios where you will be responsible for:

• Programme and Portfolio management
• End to End Project Delivery
• Governance and Delivery Assurance
• Consultant, Contractor and Supplier Management
• Cost, Schedule and Change Control
• Risk and Issue Management
• Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Reporting and Performance Management
• Quality, Health and Safety

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PMO activities for corporate real estate projects, ensuring world-class service delivery.
• Develop and implement real estate strategies in collaboration with clients to support successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across various sectors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in programme management within the corporate real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Previous experience with Power Bi. (Highly desirable)
• Previous experience on CAT B Office Fit Outs (Highly Desirable)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a Consultancy firm in Project or Programme Management.

On offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus company benefits along with a clear progression route to Director level.
