Job Description
Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne seeks a Senior DI & EMR Team Lead to steer improvements of clinically facing digital platforms, especially the Epic EMR. You will lead delivery of AI and health data initiatives, work with clinical stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, and guide the DI & EMR analyst team.
You will mentor staff, manage resources, and align digital health projects with RCH's strategic priorities, reporting to the Chief Clinical Innovation Officer.
