Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Network Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop cloud architecture strategies and solutions aligned with business requirements, technical standards, security, performance, and cost objectives.
2. Design and support cloud financial management, cost optimization, governance, and operating-model initiatives.
3. Analyze cloud usage, billing, and financial data to establish reliable cost baselines and identify optimization opportunities.
4. Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Risk, and business stakeholders to define governance processes, decision rights, and implementation strategies.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud financial management, technology consulting, or related areas, with experience supporting governance and enterprise cloud initiatives.
Technical Skills	Cloud Architecture, Cloud Financial Management, AI Cost Management, Cloud Cost Optimization, Cloud Billing & Usage Analysis, Governance Frameworks
Business / Domain Skills	Cost Governance, Operating Model Design, Stakeholder Management, Financial Analysis, Executive Communication
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise cloud governance, AI cost management, or financial operating models.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms, AI/ML services, usage-based pricing, cost allocation, and optimization practices.
