Parts Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding business. • Competitive basic salary up to 31,000 plus 3,500 performance-based OTE

Duties as a Parts Sales Executive:

• Handling outbound and inbound calls to deliver excellent customer service
• Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships
• Achieving individual sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth
• Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock levels and availability meet customer demands
• Building strong relationships with clients through expert advice and identifying sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements for the Parts Sales Executive position:

• Proven experience in motor trade parts sales or a similar role
• Strong telephone and communication skills with a proactive sales approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and customer engagement
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding targets
• Flexibility to work hours between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, including some Saturday mornings on a rota basis
• Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a persistent sales mentality
