Sr. Oracle SQL Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Oracle SQL Analyst to join our team in Atlanta!

This is not a traditional dashboard-building role. Approximately 70 80% of your day will involve writing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL directly from scratch against complex, normalized transactional databases to solve critical operational problems.

Key Skills You'll Need

To excel in this position, you must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Oracle SQL Mastery (5+ Years): Expert at writing complex queries from scratch (CTEs, analytical functions, complex joins, and subqueries) against normalized OLTP databases.
• Database Design (5+ Years): Clear understanding of normalized relational database structures and table relationships.
• PL/SQL Expertise (3+ Years): Proven ability to write and maintain robust procedures, functions, packages, and views.
• Automation & Optimization (3+ Years): Experience setting up SQL job schedules, automating database processes, and troubleshooting query performance.
• Requirement Translation (3+ Years): Ability to analyze business requirements and independently trace them to the right database tables to find answers.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization software.
• Experience working with criminal justice databases or other large-scale government transactional environments.
