We are looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in desktop support, Microsoft technologies, Cisco networking, and end-user support. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills

5+ years of End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support experience
Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 Administration
Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD
Desktop/Laptop hardware support (Dell/HP)
Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Cisco networking experience
Network troubleshooting (Switches, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills

Preferred Skills

CCNA certification (preferred)
Cisco Meraki/Catalyst
Intune & Windows Autopilot
SCCM/MECM
PowerShell scripting
Manufacturing/Plant IT support experience
Barcode/Label printer support
