• Deep experience with ITSM intake and catalog architecture, including record producers, with a track record of designing for scalability and maintainability.
• Demonstrated HAM implementation experience.
• Service Portal design and configuration experience.
• Integrations experience.
• Comfortable operating in a compressed, fixed-fee delivery environment with an active UAT and Go-Live timeline.
