Location: Remote
Duration: Initial 6 months contract plus extensions

Job Description:
- ServiceNow Platform Knowledge including:
- Strong Proficiency in CMDB Tables, and relationships amongst various CI’s
- Data ingestion and Data integration skills
- ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience including:
- Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI’s
- Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM
- Managing CMDB Data within ServiceNow
- Data Governance and Data Quality knowledge/experience including:
- Managing CI lifecycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement.
- Establishing health dashboards
- Identifying stale or orphaned data
- Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
