The Role • Lead and coordinate the bar team, working closely with department management. • Welcome, serve, and advise guests in the hotel lounge. • Contribute to achieving the revenue budget for the hotel lounge. • Ensure a seamless and efficient service flow. • Support the development of bar staff through internal coaching and training. • Manage inventory, including ordering beverages and conducting stocktakes.
