Job Description
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong experience in Automation Testing, Mainframe Testing, and the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks while validating complex mainframe applications and APIs in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Candidates with prior experience supporting Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, or Health Insurance platforms will be highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of QA / SDET experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Excellent experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit.
- Strong API Automation experience using REST Assured or Postman.
- Mainframe Testing is Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience testing COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, Batch Processing environments.
- Experience with SQL and backend/database validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent debugging, defect analysis, and root cause analysis skills.
