OT Security Architect - Remote

Company: Well-established, family-owned manufacturing organization

Location: Fully remote (US-based), with quarterly travel to manufacturing facilities across the United States and potentially Canada

About the Role:

We are seeking an OT Security Architect to safeguard and advance the operational technology (OT) security infrastructure across our manufacturing footprint. This is a high-visibility, remote-first role for a security professional who thrives on architecting resilient, standards-driven defenses for industrial environments.

What You'll Bring:

Multiple years of OT security experience with a strong architectural focus

Demonstrated experience designing segmentation strategies, Zero Trust architectures, or comparable frameworks

Working knowledge of industry standards including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, and IEC 62443

Experience defining and implementing security controls within OT engineering environments

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $160,000-$170,000, commensurate with experience

Annual performance bonus

Work Arrangement:

Fully remote

Quarterly travel to manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. and potentially Canada
