Lead Generation Specialist

CodeXapper Digital Pte. Ltd., the company behind SEOCompany.me, is seeking a proactive, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with businesses in need of SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified leads in Singapore

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, directories and lead-generation platforms/tools

• Find and verify decision-makers' contact information

• Create personalised outreach messages and follow-up sequences

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Maintain accurate lead data and outreach status

• Track campaign performance and continuously improve response and conversion rates

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and cold email outreach

• Strong research, organisation and follow-up skills

• Experience generating leads for SEO and Digital Marketing
