Job Description

Business Development (Tech Staffing & Workforce Solutions)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across IT, Product, Engineering, GCCs, startups, and enterprise organizations.
  • Own the complete business lifecycle - from lead generation, client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and account growth to successful delivery and client retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue, profitability, and business expansion targets for the staffing vertical.
  • Lead client presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations, including rate cards, MSAs, SOWs, and staffing contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders to generate repeat business and strategic partnerships.
  • Take complete ownership of the P&L for the staffing business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, healthy margins, and profitability.
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining quality, speed, and hiring efficiency.
  • Monitor key business metrics including revenue, pipeline conversion, gross margins, fulfillment ratios, client satisfaction, and account performance.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Tech Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, or Workforce Solutions industry.
  • Experience selling IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent hiring, or managed workforce solutions to startups, GCCs, and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of staffing commercials, pricing models, billing, margins, MSAs, SOWs, compliance, and workforce management.
  • Established network within the IT, Product, Engineering, and Digital hiring ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of staffing mandates and high client satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders and decision-makers.
