Position: NIOS Engineer

Location: Menlo Park, CA(Hybrid-2 Days Onsite 3 Days Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NIOS Engineer with Genesys expertise to manage and support enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM services using Infoblox NIOS, while ensuring reliable network connectivity for Genesys contact center platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for infrastructure administration, incident resolution, configuration management, platform monitoring and coordination with network, voice and application teams to maintain high availability and operational stability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure or network engineering experience, depending on the seniority of the role.
• Hands-on experience administering Infoblox NIOS and DDI services.
• Experience supporting Genesys contact center infrastructure or integrations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and enterprise telephony is an advantage.
