Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | East Syracuse, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500

The Role
• Lead the integration and testing of advanced radar systems for deployment to U.S. customers.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Spearhead integration activities and the creation of test environments and tools.
• Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering roles.
• Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, including software and hardware integration and testing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Proficiency with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development and analysis.
