Novotel Nottingham Derby is a 4-star hotel located in Long Eaton, between Nottingham and Derby. Also, just off junction 25 of the M1.

Offering newly refurbished rooms with king-sized beds as standard also family rooms available, our features which we have a lovely restaurant and a lobby bar.

• Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
• Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme
• Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
• Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
• Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.

The Person:

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Receptionist will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel. Handling situations in a polite and professional manner to suit guests needs.
