Server Testing Technician

Location: Groveport, OH - onsite

Pay: $20/hr - weekly pay on W2

Duration: 6 months with potential permanent conversion based on performance - starting ASAP

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM

Position Overview

Test servers and hard drives (HDD testing on YEC/EPS machines), log results, support the new Building B testing team, and be open to cross-training on teardown or hardware processing as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Running server and hard-drive tests
• Logging pass/fail results with attention to detail,
• Working within a data-entry-heavy ERP workflow.
• Candidates should be comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment and open to cross-training across testing, teardown, and hardware processing functions

Qualifications

• Data entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable testing/handling server hardware and hard drives
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• IT interest/certifications a plus (candidates often building their own PCs or pursuing IT certs)s
