The role involves strategic oversight of sales and catering operations, fostering strong client relationships, and managing a dedicated team. The Role • Lead and develop sales and catering teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed guest expectations. • Design and implement comprehensive revenue strategies across group rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces. • Manage budget forecasting, expenditure, and variance analysis to maximize profitability. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to identify new business opportunities. • Represent the lodge in resolving client-related issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to drive business growth. What You'll Need • Associate degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or Hotel Management. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, event planning, and/or catering. • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in the hospitality sector. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
