Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, drive technical architecture, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce development

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components

• Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata

• Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft (preferred)

• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
