Title: SAP Agent Performance Management (SAP APM / SAP Commissions) Lead Consultant

Tenure: 6 Months
Location: Remote

Required skills:

• 5+ years of SAP Commissions / SAP Agent Performance Management experience.
• Strong expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
• Hands-on experience configuring:
• Compensation Plans
• Crediting Rules
• Quotas & Territories
• Commission Calculations
• Incentive Programs
• Payee Hierarchies
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or middleware integrations.

Experience with large enterprise implementations
