Job Description

About Company: Dextroware Devices is an assistive tech startup that develops products for people with disabilities. Our head wearable tech product Mouseware, enables hands-free control of smart devices with simple head movements.


Location: Chennai

CTC: upto 6 LPA

Experience: min. 2 years


Key Responsibilities:

Drive partnerships with institutions, NGOs, and organizations

Lead outreach, client acquisition, and relationship management

Manage end-to-end project execution

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Mouseware

Build and execute sales strategies tailored to different stakeholders

Bring strategic thinking and innovation to scale impact, outreach, and revenue


We're looking for someone who:

Thinks strategically and approaches problems with innovation

Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Is self-driven and takes ownership

Is comfortable with travel and fieldwork

Has prior experience in business development (preferred)

Has an interest in the social impact/disability sector (good to have)
