Job Description

Blockchain Developer

Seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with 7+ years of software development experience and 2-4 years of hands-on Web3/blockchain development.

Required Skills:
• Solidity and Smart Contract Development
• Ethereum blockchain and blockchain fundamentals
• Java, Spring Boot and/or Node.js
• Web3 libraries: Ethers.js, Web3.js, Web3J, Viem
• Hardhat, Foundry or Truffle
• Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric or Corda
• Event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ
• REST APIs, Microservices
• Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Token standards: ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155
• Layer-2 technologies: Polygon, Optimism, zkSync
• Wallet integration, transaction lifecycle, gas optimization
• Cryptography, digital signatures, consensus mechanisms
• Banking, Financial Services or FinTech experience preferred

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy enterprise blockchain applications and Web3 solutions. Build backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js. Develop secure Solidity smart contracts, integrate Ethereum and permissioned blockchain networks, implement blockchain event processing, collaborate with engineering teams, participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing and technical documentation.
