Technology Project Manager

DANE is supporting a high-visibility Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative. This is a client-facing role for someone who can bring structure to a complex program, work confidently with senior leaders and vendors, and keep delivery moving from  requirements through implementation. You will join an established DANE client account and have the opportunity to make a visible impact on an important public-sector data program. 

What You Will Do 
• Lead the Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse project from planning through deployment and transition. 
• Run requirements sessions with business, technical, and executive stakeholders. 
• Own the project plan, schedule, milestones, budget, and status reporting. 
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests. 
• Coordinate project teams, implementation vendors, and project partners. 
• Review deliverables against agreed business and technical requirements. 
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and executive committees. 
• Support testing, readiness, deployment, and handoff to operations. 

What We Are Looking For 
• Experience leading Oracle solution implementations. 
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, data integration, or data migration programs. 
• Strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, vendors, risks, and communications. 
• Ability to work across business and technical teams and translate between both. 
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• At least five years of IT or information management project management experience. 
• PMP certification, or ability to obtain and maintain it within one year. 

Preferred Background 
• Oracle Financials, Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics, OBIEE, ODI, Exadata, or related technologies. 
• ETL, data quality, reporting, source-system integration, and warehouse testing. 
• Utility, water, wastewater, government, or public-sector delivery. 
• Project Management Information System selection or implementation.
