Apache Flink –AWS golang, Apache and kafka – handson exp

interview rounds 2 rounds 

• Role: Lead Developer / Technical Lead (Onshore – Developer Generic)

• Location: San Antonio, TX

• Work Arrangement: Strictly in-office, 5 days per week — no exceptions

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Apache Flink – Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining Flink pipeline jobs for data processing and analytics. This is the core skill; the candidate will function as the team''s subject matter expert on Flink from day one.

• Java – Strong foundational knowledge, as Flink natively supports Java. Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and related Java ecosystem tools is expected.

• AWS Development – Broad, hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Step Functions. Note: Experience limited solely to deploying Flink on AWS EKS does NOT meet this requirement.

• Golang – Proficiency in Golang for developing Kubernetes applications and Lambda functions.

• Terraform – Experience with Infrastructure as Code for defining and managing cloud infrastructure.

• Kubernetes / Containerization – Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications within AWS EKS, along with Docker.

• Kafka – Familiarity with real-time data streaming and asynchronous messaging.

• Version Control – Proficiency with Git.

• Agile – Familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodologies.
