Email Marketing Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Email Marketer to support the execution of customer communications across email and digital channels. This role will work closely with the Senior Email Marketer and cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and performance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about digital marketing.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content setup, segmentation, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
• Support the creation and maintenance of email templates, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists
• Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights
• Participate in A/B testing efforts (e.g., subject lines, content variations) to improve engagement
• Assist in quality assurance checks, including link validation, landing page accuracy, and tracking parameters
• Help maintain deliverability standards and support list hygiene practices
• Stay informed on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) features and email marketing best practices
• Contribute to workflow improvements and documentation
• Perform additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and optimization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
