How You Will Make an Impact

As a Principal Consultant in Cloud Security & Solutions, you will be a pivotal member of the sub practice leadership team, leading governance and reporting to monitor strategy execution, driving capability building, promoting cross practice collaboration, and identifying process improvements-all contributing to CyberCX's vision of becoming a global leader in cloud security.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional cloud security services aligned with industry standards.
• Lead large scale, complex cyber security projects, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance, and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present high quality deliverables tailored to customer needs.
• Shape strategic initiatives alongside leadership, contributing to organisational success.
• Establish governance structures and reporting processes to monitor strategy execution.
• Identify, recommend, and lead process improvements within the practice.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor level tertiary qualification.
• Ideally hold one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Project management qualifications are preferred, specifically Prince2, CAPM/PMP, PMI.
• Possess at least 7+ years of experience in developing and/or implementing security strategies, policies and frameworks across organisations of different complexity and maturity levels.
• Direct experience with and exposure to cloud technologies and platforms, as well as in-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
• Direct experience with leading, managing, coaching and mentoring teams.
