About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support a critical production environment for a Tier 1 client. This is a hands-on role focused on application observability, production monitoring, incident response, and operational stability. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynatrace and a strong background in production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production applications using Dynatrace.

• Configure dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions.

• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Support application, API, integration, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Respond to incidents and participate in an on-call rotation.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace.

• Expertise in application monitoring, alerting, and observability.

• Proven experience performing root cause analysis for production incidents.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed application environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynatrace AI and advanced platform configuration.

• Cloud infrastructure and enterprise production support experience.

Job Details

• Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be located in Canada)

• Contract: 3 months minimum, extension possible up to 1 year

• Hours: Significant overlap with EST business hours

• On-Call: Participation in production support rotation required
