Estimator / Project Manager

This Estimator / Project Manager opportunity blends hands-on Job Order Contracting estimating with occasional project leadership, offering strong stability and a flexible schedule in an office-first role.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator / Project Managerposition include: 2–3+ years of direct Job Order Contracting (JOC) estimating experience, including hands-on preparation of JOC estimates Estimate municipal/public-sector projects, typically managing multiple opportunities (about 3–4 estimates at a time) Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, and construction requirements to produce competitive pricing Coordinate with municipal clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and support estimate development Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs in accordance with JOC requirements Occasionally oversee smaller construction projects (approximately $400K range) including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Maintain accurate estimating documentation and communicate effectively with leadership and project stakeholders Salary: $100,000 - $135,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
