Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Python backend development, and modern frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development of scalable applications, including AI-driven chatbot solutions, while leveraging Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Azure Cloud services
• Architect and develop backend systems using Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Design and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions and conversational interfaces
• Work with Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data engineering
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the team
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Azure

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Expertise in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI preferred)
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience building and integrating chatbots / conversational AI systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, NLP, LLMs)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
