The Role • Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and execute data-driven business strategies, allocating resources to maximize sales performance. • Deliver compelling sales messages, identify customer needs, handle objections, and close with a clear action for behavior change. • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships within the territory, incorporating a "total office" account management approach. • Demonstrate expertise in the local market and therapeutic area, mapping account linkages and uncovering opportunities. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales. • Demonstrated ability to excel in disease and product knowledge, with annual certification. • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
