Job duties and responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers, mainly in pharma vertical, to
  • Help sell our JuliaHub platform; this entails demos, understanding their pain points, requirements and positioning our product strengths
  • Ensure customer success for deployed products through training, support, and building relationships for customer confidence and satisfaction
  • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that regulatory and security requirements are addressed
• Capture key technical requirements from customers for product roadmap directions as appropriate
• Work cross-functionally with product management, customer operations, product engineering, and company leadership to ensure the key technical requirements of enterprise customers are met
• Ensure key enterprise customers are able to overcome technical barriers while implementing JuliaHub in production
• Help design and build compelling demonstrations and workflows

Education, Expertise and Experience Required

• A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or related technical disciplines
• 5+ years professional experience in working in customer success, sales engineering, application engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles
• Expertise to learn and handle all aspects of a cloud-based technical computing environment

• Understanding of how platform products and cloud products work
• Experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology and/or related fields
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
