The role is open to Sydney Australia, Singapore or Shanghai China (hybrid).

Position Summary

Responsible for leading regional application strategy and execution across probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions. Translate global science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions. Lead a high performing regional application team and act as a scientific interface with customers.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Define and implement regional application strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Translate microbiome and nutrition science into differentiated application solutions.
• Lead and develop a regional team (10+ members).
• Collaborate cross functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.
• Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.
• Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics, dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
• Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• MBA or business training is a plus.

How You Would Stand Out

• APAC regional or international experience.
• Track record in application driven innovation and commercialization.
• Familiarity with regulatory and scientific substantiation.
