Quality Control Coordinator

CF Industries is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to support software quality across our innovative product suite. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing for software releases
• Monitor, track, and document defects using QA and issue-tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and quality standards
• Maintain and update quality control documentation, checklists, and metrics dashboards
• Assist in implementing QA best practices, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• Verify that releases meet acceptance criteria, usability standards, and performance benchmarks
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from internal and external users
• Report quality trends, risks, and findings to leadership with clear, data-driven insights
