The Role • Ensure an outstanding shopping experience and high customer satisfaction. • Support the efficient management of workflows and team training as the representative for the First Assistant. • Handle all tasks across the sales floor and in the stockroom. • Monitor incoming goods, display products on the sales floor, and check expiry dates. • Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods. • Operate the cash register and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties. What You'll Need • A keen drive to contribute to team success. • Completed apprenticeship in retail, relevant experience, or transferable skills. • Friendly demeanour and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive approach, working carefully and efficiently. • Flexibility, team spirit, organisational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1) for effective customer communication.
