Lead Automotive Mechatronics Technician | Halle, Germany | On-site | €3,200+ monthly We are a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units across Germany. The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and assist customers throughout the service process, from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and schedule incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to undertake the necessary certification for Operations Manager or already hold HWK Operations Manager certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in administrative PC tasks. • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building client relationships. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and maintain a high level of trust and professionalism. What's On Offer • Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month (full-time, 39 hours/week) with potential for part-time. • Additional €300 gross monthly for the Operations Manager function and other responsibility allowances. • Annual bonuses including €1,062 gross for vacation and €1,062 gross for Christmas. • 30 days of annual leave plus special leave and sabbatical options.
