Job Opening - Finance Executive

Location: Atmantan Wellness Centre, Mulshi, Pune

Salary: 4.00 - 4.50 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
• Perform PO, GRN & invoice verification (3-way matching).
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank records.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain CAPEX tracker and Fixed Asset Register.
• Prepare prepaid expense schedules and month-end provisions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and support internal/statutory audits.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, F&B, Engineering, Wellness, and Head Office teams for financial operations.

Eligibility

• Qualification: (Mandatory)
• Preferred: / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
• Experience: 2-5 years in Finance & Accounts
• Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, or Service Industry experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & General Accounting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
