Founding Machine Learning Engineer - Predictive Technologies

AI Search has partnered with the Founder of a brand new Predictive Technologies company to build out its first hires in the Machine Learning team. Having previously built and scaled billion-dollar research organisations at two of the world's leading algorithmic trading firms, this is his first venture outside traditional quantitative finance.

We are looking to meet exceptional engineers and researchers who are excited by the opportunity to help build a world-class company from day one and play a meaningful role in shaping its technology, culture and long-term vision.

We are primarily looking for outstanding Machine Learning Engineers and Researchers with exceptional programming ability, particularly in C++, alongside strong machine learning, statistics and mathematical foundations. Our target hiring profile is individuals with up to 2–3 years of industry experience, ideally with a background in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics.

Above all, we are looking for people who love building, enjoy solving difficult technical problems, and want to create something from first principles.
