Industrial Refrigeration / Process Cooling Engineer<br />Food &amp; Beverage Sector – Field-Based Role<br />Seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer / Process Cooling Engineer to join a growing service division across the food and beverage industry working across South Wales.<br />Working within a well organised service division covering South Wales, with no nights away and typically home within normal working hours each day.<br />This is a hands-on, field-based role working on large-scale refrigeration and cooling systems within manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and heavy commercial environments.<br />Key

Responsibilities:

• Installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding on industrial refrigeration and process cooling systems
• Working with ammonia, CO₂, and HFC/HFO systems (experience preferred, qualifications provided.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on refrigeration and chillers
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes
• Ensuring compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and industry standards
• Liaising with clients on-site to provide technical support and advice<br />Requirements:
• Experience in either industrial refrigeration or heavy commercial refrigeration or process cooling systems within food &amp; beverage environments
• Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• F-Gas certification
• Experience with ammonia systems highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence<br />Package:
• Salary £40K-£46K
• OTE £50K-£60K
