Sr. NetSuite & Business Systems Software Engineer

Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer to join their growing team. This Engineer will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite and financial systems, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across finance processes.

Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Compensation

• Base Salary of $140 - 170k + bonus

Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Responsibilities

• Design scalable NetSuite solutions across finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Drive automation, AI, reporting, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize integrations, workflows, and scripts to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Develop and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations and REST API integrations.
• Perform system audits and optimize script performance and governance.
• Provide NetSuite technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.

Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of dedicated NetSuite development and architecture.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT related controls required for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• SuiteCloud Mastery: Deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Web-Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML. Experience with HTML/CSS for Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
• Database Skills: Strong understanding of relational databases and SuiteQL.
• Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and OneWorld environments.
