Banking Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver personalized banking solutions to consumer and small business clients. In this role, you will open and service deposit accounts, process transactions, and proactively identify opportunities for loans, cash management, and wealth management referrals. You'll educate clients on digital banking tools, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and resolve issues with a focus on relationship building. Collaborate with branch and commercial teams, support community initiatives, and grow through training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking services to consumer and small business clients
• Open, maintain, and service deposit and other retail banking accounts
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Identify client needs and cross-sell or refer loans, cash management, and wealth services
• Educate clients on digital and online banking tools and self-service options
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Resolve client inquiries and issues with a relationship-driven approach
• Collaborate with branch, commercial, and wealth teams to support client needs
• Participate in community and business development initiatives
• Engage in ongoing training and development to grow banking expertise
