Sr. Platform/Devops Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native application delivery, CI/CD automation, and enterprise scaling. In this role, you will modernise delivery pipelines within a regulated healthcare ecosystem (Health100), moving teams from legacy tools to standardized GitHub Actions and Kubernetes (GKE) architectures. You will build secure-by-default, reusable platform capabilities that empower application teams to self-serve with confidence. 

• CI/CD Automation: Design, build, and enforce standardized CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions reusable workflow templates (build, scan, publish, deploy). 
• Cloud-Native Deployment: Manage containerised deployments on Kubernetes/GKE using Helm, Kustomize, and manifests. 
• Migration & Modernization: Guide application teams transitioning from legacy CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, CircleCI) to automated GitHub workflows.
• DevSecOps Integration: Implement security scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Operational Support: Troubleshoot pipeline failures, container build issues, and Kubernetes deployment blocks; maintain runbooks for rollback and audit tracking.

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering; 4+ years building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Containers & Orchestration: 3+ years of production experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Google Cloud Platform/GKE preferred).
• CI/CD Tooling: Expert-level knowledge of GitHub Actions (workflow design, environment controls, reusable templates).
• Troubleshooting: Strong background diagnosing pipeline errors, build dependencies, and cloud connectivity paths.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in highly regulated industries (Healthcare/HIPAA or Financial Services).
• Hands-on migration experience from legacy CI/CD platforms to GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (Snyk, JFrog, Vault) and GitOps deployment tools (Argo CD, Flux).
• Experience onboarding enterprise stacks, specifically Java (Maven/Gradle) and Node.js/Angular applications
