In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of marketing communications, directly contributing to patient safety and regulatory adherence. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the reputation of a global healthcare leader and ensuring that essential information reaches patients and healthcare providers accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing monthly audits and meticulously logging findings into the designated promotional content management system.
• Generating precise audit sample sets at the beginning of each month, adhering strictly to established quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintaining and proactively updating standard operating procedures for all audit activities.
• Efficiently managing the dedicated inbox for promotion quality inquiries and submissions.
• Providing essential support to the deviation classification and investigation processes, ensuring thorough resolution.
• Guaranteeing that all process documentation and training materials are current and well-maintained for effective broader communication.
• Initiating, triaging, and expertly managing requests for translation and transcreation services with vendors and job owners, always adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Creating, owning, and submitting translation and transcreation documents for approval within the promotional content management system as required.
• Facilitating the translation and transcreation process by ensuring vendors receive all necessary documents and references of approved English materials.
• Updating standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed and securing appropriate approvals.

• Solid understanding of promotional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.

Compensation Range: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
