Summary: • Develop and test agentic AI software and testing frameworks. • Utilize a modern tech stack including Python, JavaScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, MongoDB, REST APIs, and CI/CD tools. Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 7+ years • Total Compensation: $259k+ yearly Job Description: • Produce AI architecture best-practices documentation and reusable implementation packages that establish repeatable patterns for building and deploying AI-enabled software. • Build and maintain a testing framework that executes repeatable tests against agentic coding harnesses, consuming datasets and scenarios produced by the workflow framework and running them alongside AI benchmarks to measure agent performance and reliability. • Support deployment, configuration, and operation of applications across both High Side (HS) and Low Side (LS) environments, including ongoing sustainment, implementing small feature requests, and diagnosing/resolving bugs. • Build and maintain a workflow-driven framework that generates vulnerability discovery datasets and experimental scenarios fed into the testing harness, providing a structured approach to creating repeatable benchmark datasets and adversarial test scenarios for AI systems and agents. • Utilize key skills including Software Development, Software Testing, Agentic AI, Python, Javascript, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, MongoDB, Restful Web Services, Continuous Integration, JIRA, and Confluence.
