Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Developer
Location: North America (100% Onsite)
This position is open across multiple locations in North America, including several in the USA

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant/Developer to support a longterm onsite engagement. The role involves implementing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, collaborating with HR stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, compliant workflows.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Active ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events
• Handson expertise with workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development/consulting experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in North America

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA or CISHRSD certification
• Experience with large enterprise HR environments
• Familiarity with cloudnative architectures and HR process optimization
