Essential Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3) - Mandatory
  • 8+ years of Appian LCNC development experience.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Appian implementations.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple end-to-end Appian project lifecycles.
  • Strong expertise in Appian architecture, solution design, and platform governance.
  • Experience with:
    • Appian Data Fabric
    • Appian AI capabilities
    • Appian Portals
    • Appian Records and Sites
    • Latest Appian versions/features and frameworks
    • Security Design & Performance Optimization
    • Integrations
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading distributed development teams.
  • Database Knowledge
    • Strong SQL expertise
    • Data Modeling
    • Query Optimization
    • Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar relational databases
    • Data Migration and ETL concepts
