The Role

• Own the technical health, architecture, and AI readiness for a portfolio of customer platforms, including Salesforce, Genesys, and Sierra.
• Serve as the definitive technical authority for these platforms, providing clear vision on evolution, risks, and feasibility.
• Lead Value Stream Leaders responsible for driving end-to-end business outcomes across platform boundaries.
• Drive the AI Transformation strategy for Customer Platforms, championing spec-driven development and AI tooling adoption.
• Establish and enforce technology and architecture standards, including patterns for CRM customization, contact center integration, and marketing automation.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships, influencing product roadmaps and making informed build vs. buy decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in a management or lead role (or equivalent experience).
• Deep technical expertise in customer engagement technologies, with a strong preference for Salesforce platform architecture and AI-assisted development.
• Proven ability to lead platform engineering organizations, build high-performing teams, and develop technical talent.
• Strong thought leadership on the future of customer engagement SaaS and the impact of AI.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation initiatives within CRM or customer engagement environments.
• Advanced analytical, business acumen, and strategic planning skills.
