The Role • Provide excellent service to residents and guests with professionalism, warmth, and dedication. • Perform general service tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events and activities. • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness, order, and adherence to hygiene regulations. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or several years of relevant experience in gastronomy. • A friendly and customer-oriented approach with a passion for working with people. • Strong awareness of service quality and a genuine understanding of residents' and guests' needs. • Good command of the German language.
