GEOINT Deployment Recruiter

ManTech International seeks a GEOINT Deployment Recruiter to source, screen, and hire cleared GEOINT and ISR professionals for global defense missions. In this Human Resources & Talent Management role, you'll partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand mission requirements and build talent pipelines for deployed and CONUS roles. You will execute full-cycle recruiting, manage candidate throughput, and maintain compliant documentation. Success requires strong knowledge of GEOINT/IC environments, experience recruiting cleared talent, and a commitment to ManTech's mission-focused, ethical, and collaborative culture.
