Deep hands-on mastery of a professional creative tool (see above) - a portfolio provingit
Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows/pipelines (ComfyUI, n8n, r similar)
A track record of turning a skeptical room into adoption, and adoption into a renewal or xpansion you personally closed - not just "presented to execs," a named result
Hard requirement: public portfolio or verifiable shipped work showing both the ngineering and the creative side, personally done by you. No portfolio, no review.

Strong pluses (
Experience with Adobe Firefly Services, Firefly Creative Production / Workflow Builder, dobe Brand Intelligence
Domain depth in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media & ntertainment - especially MLR (medical/legal/regulatory) compliance-review
